Return & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Franklins Interiors. In the event that you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange the return. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Once we have received the item and verified its condition, we will issue a refund or exchange the item for another product of equal value.
